We care about drivers' livelihoods. Payouts dictate a driver's day, and in some cases define a driver's week or month. Lyft's introducing a no-fee debit card allowing drivers to get instantly paid—even enjoying cashback benefits typical of a credit card.

I led the creative side of the process—from inspecting proofs and doing a press check of the card to seeing how visuals dictate status updates and the digital side of the experience.

Challenge

Finding delight moments and emphasizing those at every part of the rewarding experience. All while not having resources for a shoot.
