Lyft drivers know what's best for driving. Since November 2018, Lyft has been sharing with their drivers an overview of all upcoming app features addressing the main feedback and ideas they've shared. And with the new year, there's new features.
I led the art direction of the campaign—making sure photography followed
a photojournalistic tone; product shots gave clear insight to the app experience;
and drivers' stories were being heard.
Informing drivers about new app features as direct as possible, while retaining the humanity that inspired these features in the first place.
